For corporate organizers
If organizing events is not your actual job, the hard part is rarely finding a venue. It is the parallel threads, the inconsistent quotes and the supplier who goes quiet in week three.
What you get
Every line itemized by provider, with what is included, what is excluded and what is assumed. No 'event package: $34,000'.
You brief once and talk to one person. We handle the eleven parallel conversations that would otherwise be yours.
Cancellation terms per provider, insurance status on file, and an accepted-terms record captured at the point of booking.
Power, load-in, rigging, blackout, accessible routes and parking — checked before a room reaches your shortlist.
Event types
Half-day or full-day programs with food, a room that works for both sessions and social, and AV that does not need babysitting.
The one everyone remembers. Sourced from summer because December Fridays go early.
Private rooms with separate entrances, considered menus and a wine list that does not need apologising for.
Venues with blackout capability, real power, and load-in that does not cross the guest path.
Smaller rooms with genuine privacy, reliable connectivity and catering that runs to a schedule.
Stage, screen, sound that carries a live appeal, and itemisation your board can defend.

A note on budgets
The most useful thing you can put in a brief is an honest budget and whether it is firm. A hard cap changes which venues we approach and which catering formats are even worth quoting. A soft target means we can show you what an extra ten percent actually buys. Either is fine — vagueness is what costs time.
We will also tell you when a budget will not stretch to a brief. That conversation happens on day one, not after three weeks of sourcing.
