How it works

Three steps, and the awkward parts are ours

Researching venues, chasing eleven vendors and decoding inconsistent proposals is the part nobody enjoys. That is the part we do.

  1. 01

Tell us about the event once

One structured brief covers the date, the guest count, the budget, the food and drink, and anything that has to be right — accessibility, dietary requirements, a hard cap. It takes about eight minutes and saves as you go.

You never repeat yourself to eleven different suppliers, and every provider quotes against the same information.

  2. 02

We source and build two or three packages

We take the brief to venues and vendors we have worked with, collect structured quotes, and assemble them into coordinated packages — usually within 72 hours. You get options, not a list of ninety search results.

Every package shows the same categories in the same format, so comparing them is a matter of reading, not decoding.

  3. 03

Choose one, pay a deposit, we run the rest

Pick a package, add or drop the optional extras, and pay a single deposit. Every provider is confirmed at once. One thread, one contract summary, one balance payment before the event.

If something changes — a guest count, a date, a supplier problem — you talk to us, not to five separate businesses.

Coordinated packages

Two or three complete options. Not ninety search results.

A package is the whole evening in one price: the venue, the catering, the bar, the music, whatever else the brief called for. Each one is itemized the same way, so comparing them is reading rather than decoding. We tell you what is assumed, what is excluded and what each provider's cancellation terms actually say — before you pay anything.

  • Every package shows the same categories in the same order
  • Optional upgrades are priced separately, so you can add or drop them
  • Deposit, balance date and cancellation terms are stated up front
  • One revision round is included before you commit

Event planners

Or hand the whole event to one person and be introduced properly.

Some events want more than coordinated providers — they want someone who takes the whole thing on. Event planners are one of the categories we source: from a coordinator who steps in for the final month and runs the day, through to a planner who owns the event from the first conversation to the last guest, and who stays close to you the entire way. Say so in your brief and we will introduce you to two or three who suit the event.

  • Full-service planning, partial planning, or month-of coordination
  • One named lead who knows the event as well as you do
  • Quoted per event, because scale and scope drive the fee — never a fixed rate card
  • Introduced with their references, insurance and terms already checked

What makes this different

A managed marketplace, not a listings site

A directory hands you phone numbers. We hand you comparable proposals and stay on the event until it happens.

  • One structured brief

Answer once. Every provider quotes against exactly the same information, so the numbers you get back are actually comparable.

  • Coordinated packages, not a directory

Venue and vendors arrive together as two or three complete options, already checked against your date, capacity and budget.

  • One thread for the whole event

Questions, changes and confirmations stay in one place, with our team in the thread rather than cc'd on nine emails.

  • One deposit, one balance

Pay a single deposit to confirm every provider at once, and one balance before the event. No chasing separate invoices.

  • Documented terms

Cancellation terms, assumptions and what is excluded are written on every package before you pay anything.

  • Someone to call when it changes

Guest counts move and suppliers have problems. You raise it with us once and we handle the re-quoting.

For corporate organizers

The holiday party, the offsite, the client dinner — on one invoice.

If you organize events alongside another job, the problem is rarely finding a venue. It is the nine parallel threads, the quotes that arrive in nine formats, the supplier who goes quiet in week three and the finance team who wants one document at the end.

  • One point of contact for the whole event
  • Itemized proposals your finance team can review
  • A single deposit and a single balance payment
  • Accessibility and dietary requirements handled in the brief
  • December dates sourced from summer
  • Documented cancellation terms per provider

For venues and vendors

Qualified briefs, structured quotes, and a client who has already agreed the budget.

We bring you events that match what you actually do — the right date, the right guest count, the right budget band. You respond with a structured quote, we present it properly, and you are paid through the platform after the event.
