How it works
Researching venues, chasing eleven vendors and decoding inconsistent proposals is the part nobody enjoys. That is the part we do.
One structured brief covers the date, the guest count, the budget, the food and drink, and anything that has to be right — accessibility, dietary requirements, a hard cap. It takes about eight minutes and saves as you go.
You never repeat yourself to eleven different suppliers, and every provider quotes against the same information.
We take the brief to venues and vendors we have worked with, collect structured quotes, and assemble them into coordinated packages — usually within 72 hours. You get options, not a list of ninety search results.
Every package shows the same categories in the same format, so comparing them is a matter of reading, not decoding.
Pick a package, add or drop the optional extras, and pay a single deposit. Every provider is confirmed at once. One thread, one contract summary, one balance payment before the event.
If something changes — a guest count, a date, a supplier problem — you talk to us, not to five separate businesses.

Coordinated packages
A package is the whole evening in one price: the venue, the catering, the bar, the music, whatever else the brief called for. Each one is itemized the same way, so comparing them is reading rather than decoding. We tell you what is assumed, what is excluded and what each provider's cancellation terms actually say — before you pay anything.
Vendors
Every supply category we cover quotes in the same format, so comparing them is reading rather than decoding. We add categories as we sign providers in them.

Event planners
Some events want more than coordinated providers — they want someone who takes the whole thing on. Event planners are one of the categories we source: from a coordinator who steps in for the final month and runs the day, through to a planner who owns the event from the first conversation to the last guest, and who stays close to you the entire way. Say so in your brief and we will introduce you to two or three who suit the event.

What makes this different
A directory hands you phone numbers. We hand you comparable proposals and stay on the event until it happens.
Answer once. Every provider quotes against exactly the same information, so the numbers you get back are actually comparable.
Venue and vendors arrive together as two or three complete options, already checked against your date, capacity and budget.
Questions, changes and confirmations stay in one place, with our team in the thread rather than cc'd on nine emails.
Pay a single deposit to confirm every provider at once, and one balance before the event. No chasing separate invoices.
Cancellation terms, assumptions and what is excluded are written on every package before you pay anything.
Guest counts move and suppliers have problems. You raise it with us once and we handle the re-quoting.
For corporate organizers
If you organize events alongside another job, the problem is rarely finding a venue. It is the nine parallel threads, the quotes that arrive in nine formats, the supplier who goes quiet in week three and the finance team who wants one document at the end.

For venues and vendors
We bring you events that match what you actually do — the right date, the right guest count, the right budget band. You respond with a structured quote, we present it properly, and you are paid through the platform after the event.
We are onboarding a limited number of providers per category while we launch, so every brief goes to a shortlist rather than a mailing list.
Eight minutes to submit. Two or three packages back, usually within 72 hours.
