Company holiday parties in Nashville

The one event a year everyone remembers. Nashville venues book their December dates early, so we take holiday briefs from June and hold provisional dates while you compare packages.

How it works

One brief, curated packages, one deposit

  1. 01

Tell us about the event once

One structured brief covers the date, the guest count, the budget, the food and drink, and anything that has to be right — accessibility, dietary requirements, a hard cap. It takes about eight minutes and saves as you go.

  2. 02

We source and build two or three packages

We take the brief to venues and vendors we have worked with, collect structured quotes, and assemble them into coordinated packages — usually within 72 hours. You get options, not a list of ninety search results.

  3. 03

Choose one, pay a deposit, we run the rest

Pick a package, add or drop the optional extras, and pay a single deposit. Every provider is confirmed at once. One thread, one contract summary, one balance payment before the event.
