Highball provides bartenders, bar backs, mobile bar structures, glassware and ice for events across Middle Tennessee. They hold a Tennessee ABC caterer permit, which means they can supply and serve alcohol directly rather than relying on a host-provided model.

Pricing structure
Bartender packages from $1,200 for four hours including staff, glassware, ice and mixers. Alcohol supplied at cost plus 18% or host-provided.
Minimum booking $1,200
Capacity and limits
One bartender per 65 guests; up to six bars simultaneously.
Will not serve without a licensed venue or an approved host-liability policy.

Cancellation terms
Full refund to 30 days. 50% to 14 days. Non-refundable within 14 days. Alcohol purchased to order is billed regardless.
