A per-person catering price is close to meaningless on its own. One caterer's $85 includes staffing, china and service charge; another's is food only and lands 40% higher once the rest arrives. That is the single most common reason a catering budget overruns.
We require caterers on the platform to break out food, staffing, rentals and service charge as separate lines. It makes comparison possible and it makes the invoice defensible to a finance team afterwards.
Dietary requirements are a sourcing constraint, not a footnote. Separately prepared allergen lines, sealed kosher meals and genuinely good vegan covers are not universally available — put them in the brief and we will only invite providers who can actually deliver them.
