Event photography is the category where quotes are least comparable. One provider's 'four hours of coverage' includes commercial usage rights and a gallery in two weeks; another's means personal use only and six weeks, and you will not know until you ask.
We require every photography quote to state coverage hours, whether a second shooter is included, editing turnaround and what usage rights you actually receive. If your event is corporate and the images will be used in marketing, usage rights are the line that matters most.
