A purpose-built conference and event hall off Maryland Farms with a 4,800 square foot ballroom that divides into three. Fixed rigging points, house line array and a dedicated AV control room mean production days do not turn into build days. Breakout rooms, a registration foyer and covered vehicle access make it the practical choice for programs with an agenda.

- Deposit
- A 25% deposit confirms the date; the balance is due 14 days prior.
- Cancellation
- Deposit non-refundable. Cancellations inside 60 days are charged 50% of the contracted minimum; inside 14 days, 100%.
