Apply and get approved
Business details, service areas, pricing structure, insurance and licenses, cancellation terms and a portfolio. We review manually.

Receive matched opportunities
Date, guest count, budget band, requirements and location — before you commit any time. Accept or decline in one click.

Submit a structured quote
Line items, inclusions, exclusions, deposit and cancellation terms. Add internal notes only we can see.
- 04
Get booked and paid
If the customer picks a package containing your quote, the deposit confirms you. Payout lands after the event, net of commission.

The standards
Respond either way
Within 48 hours where possible. A decline is fine; silence is not.
Quote what you mean
Line items, real inclusions and honest exclusions. If something is an estimate, say so.
Carry insurance
General liability as a minimum, plus liquor liability if you serve alcohol.
State your cancellation terms
In writing, in plain language. We show them to the customer before they pay.
Keep the booking on-platform
Events we introduce complete through the platform. That is what protects everyone.
