Copper Spoon is a full-service caterer working out of a commissary in Wedgewood-Houston. Menus change with what Middle Tennessee growers have, and every quote itemizes food, staffing, rentals and service charge separately so nothing hides inside a per-head number.

Pricing structure
Seated dinners from $85 per person before staffing and rentals. Staffing is quoted at one server per twelve seated guests.
Minimum booking $3,500
Capacity and limits
Comfortable to 350 guests; larger events considered with 90 days' notice.
No kosher certification. Two events per evening maximum.
Cancellation terms
Non-refundable 25% deposit. Final guest counts are due 10 days prior and are the minimum billed.
